Send satisfaction surveys

Introduction


With Simbel you can send satisfactions surveys for any training session page to :

  • participants (no show would not receive it), we call them hot surveys
  • participants' managers, several months after the training, we call that cold survey

1/ Sending hot and cold surveys


1/ Sending the survey right after the session is completed

  • go to the training session
  • click on "declare it completed"
  • you'll then be offered the option to send both hot and cold survey


2/ Schedule a survey or send it independently of the a completion declaration

  • go to the Attendee tab of the session
  • click on Send survey
  • follow the steps

2/ Survey notifications


The below email is being sent to participants who attended the session, with 3 reminders sent only if the survey has not been completed (the email and surveys are in the language of the users)


Subject: [Company Name] : Evaluate your training "Training Name"


Body:

Hello Thomas,

You attended the training Mastering Chemical Risks – Level 2 (RC2 Accreditation) ( [link] ) from the 15-12-2025 to the 15-12-2025.

Could you please take a few minutes to complete the following satisfaction survey

Respond in 3 minutes ( [link] )

Your feedback helps us to continuously improve the training offer proposed to you.

3/ Content of the surveys


The content of the surveys are standard in Simbel and cannot be modified (it is on the Q2 2026 roadmap to let you edit them,  you're on a plan that allows for survey edition)

4/ Tracking results


1/ In the Training Plan level

  • Go to the training plan > Attendees Tab
  • Add the Satisfaction survey column by clicking on the grid (top right corner)
  • Check overall results and details when you click on each line (bottum of the side pannel)
  • -> you can do the same for a specific session on the Attendees' tab

2/ By exporting the Training Plan

  • Columns BH to BK of the exports
